Bomb debris boys

My Dad often tells me stories of when he was a youngster in the '40s playing in the bomb debris sites. I hope my children never have to experience this kind of event! However it seems that Boys love a good brick and to either build something or throw to break. Not sure I should have allowed this creativity to flow, but it kept them busy for 10 mins! I let them play with the pile of bricks at the front of the house before the grab lorry comes to collect!


Naturally we had a few scrapes and bruises, but they had a whale of a time!
